PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system and a cooling system that are friendly to the global environment which can be easily installed in an existing house. SOLUTION: The heating system 1 is provided with a liquid medium flowing in piping 11 with a fin 10, a solar collector 2 carrying out the collection of solar energy by using the temperature rise of radiant heat from the piping 11 with the fin 10, and an air medium heated by sunlight, a hybrid heater 3 using the liquid medium and the air medium heated by the solar collector 2 in indoor heating, circulation piping 5 circulating the liquid medium between the solar collector 2 and the hybrid heater 3, a pump 4 controlling a flow velocity of the liquid medium flowing in the circulation piping 5, an air duct 8 for sending the air medium heated by the solar collector 2 to the hybrid heater 3, and a fan 7 controlling a quantity of the air medium passing through the air duct 8.
