PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently warm a plate for oven cooking when preheating for oven cooking and obtain a satisfactory finish condition in oven cooking. SOLUTION: When preheating for oven cooking, preheating for heating the inside of a heating chamber is performed while the plate for oven cooking is stored in the heating chamber. At that time, temperature in the heating chamber is detected, and preheating during predetermined time is further extended from the time when temperature in the heating chamber reaches the set temperature.
