PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air flowing-out prevention structure of a refrigerated vehicle capable of securely preventing flowing-out of cold air from the inside of a refrigerated vessel and intrusion of warm air into the refrigerated vessel without providing a large-scale and expensive device such as a fan for an air curtain, preventing influence on fuel economy, and suppressing influence on loading and unloading work to the minimum extent. SOLUTION: Doors 5a, 5b, 5c capable of switching into a condition in which the whole opening 6 is shut off, a condition in which the opening 6 is partially shut off to form an entrance part 9 allowing a carrier 8 of a load 7 to pass through, and a condition in which the whole opening 6 is opened are openably attached to the opening part 6 of the refrigerated vessel 4. A lower side cold air flowing-out prevention means 10 for preventing cold air from a lower part of the entrance part 9 from flowing out and an upper side warm air flowing-in prevention means 11 for preventing warm air from an upper part of the entrance part 9 from flowing in are arranged at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction in the entrance part 9.
