PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump, eliminating movement of a tube generated along with an eccentric motion of a pressurizing member in practical use and to solve problems caused by the movement of the tube. SOLUTION: A retention means 7 keeping a side in contact with a cylinder chamber inner circumference face 2a of the tube 3 abutting on the cylinder chamber inner circumferential face 2a. Since the tube 3 is kept in the asutting state on the cylinder chamber inner circumferential face 2a, the tube 3 is in a state corresponding to an internal gear in a relation between a fixed ring-like external gear and a profile-shifted internal gear meshed with and rotated with inside teeth of the external gear, and the tube 3 is not rotated. Even if the tube 3 is temporarily adhered to the pressurizing member, the part in contact with the cylinder chamber inner circumferential face 2a is held at the position to prevent floating of the tube and the movement in a rotating direction of the pressurizing member 4.
