PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive, eco-friendly and new slurry using method and slurry using device. SOLUTION: This slurry using method improves the ground of a predetermined area by accelerating and jetting slurry again from a predetermined place by successively using air pressure or water pressure, by capturing and sucking the slurry mixed with a liquid solidifying material and the original ground injected into the ground under high pressure for improving the ground, in the ground before being discharged on the ground as a waste liquid.
