PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which takes a photograph in a wide range with excellent image quality by suppressing the generation of parallax and makes it possible to use an imaging element whose package is relatively large. SOLUTION: A plurality of imaging means 11 and 12 image a plurality of divided subject parts obtained by dividing a wide-range subject individually, and are each equipped with lenses 1, 3A and 3B, and an imaging element 6. Respective NP9 points of the plurality of imaging means 11 and 12 are gathered in a very small radius area around one NP point 9, and the imaging means 11 and 12 are each provided with an optical element 5 having a reflecting function behind a refracting surface of the lens 1 closest to the subject. Then an imaging element 6 which is arranged behind the optical element 5 outside a space encircled with straight lines passing the NP point 9 and outer peripheral parts of the lens in respective directions, detects a light beam bent by the optical element 5.
