PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method with excellent effect for measuring an exact flow rate even in a system in which exact measuring is difficult in usual methods due to pulsating movement of liquid in a measurement method of a flow rate where liquid stored in a container flows out to move into piping combined with the container, and also to provide a transfer method of liquid, after feedback of the flow rate obtained from the measurement method concerned to output of a plunger pump, adjusting and controlling the flow rate of liquid by automatic adjustment or manual regulation of a stroke (output) of the pump. SOLUTION: This is the measurement method of a liquid flow rate deriving the flow rate concerned from a reducing rate of a liquid volume in the container. Also, this is the transfer method of liquid, after feedback of the flow rate obtained from the measurement method concerned to output of the plunger pump, adjusting and controlling the flow rate of liquid by automatic adjustment or manual regulation of stroke (output) of the pump.
