PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive inspection device capable of enhancing the reliability of inspection by preventing the mixing of an unnecessary vibration signal caused by twice striking an inspection target. SOLUTION: The non-destructive inspection device is equipped with an hammer 21 for adding an impact to the surface 1a of the inspection target 1, an impact control device 3 for controlling the hammer 21, a vibration sensor 7 for detecting vibration as a vibration signal, an impact detecting sensor 24 for detecting the movement of the hammer 21 to transmit a detection signal, a receiving signal control device 4 for receiving the detection signal to take in the vibration signal for a predetermined time and a diagnosing display device 5 for diagnosing the state of the inspection target 1 on the bases of the vibration signal taken in by the receiving signal control device 4. Since the vibration signal is taken in synchronous relation to the movement of the hammer, the mixing of the unnecessary vibration signal caused by the twice striking of the inspection target can be prevented.
