PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency of a game board by improving efficiency of forming work of a spot-facing hole at the game board. SOLUTION: When respective screwing holes and respective positioning holes are formed from the side of the front surface 10A of the game board 10, chips (sawdust) falling naturally down to the lower side of the game board 10 are collected in a first collecting box 22. Chips (sawdust) produced on the game board 10 are circulated inside of a space 26 covered with a cover 24 by air jetted from the respective air nozzles 28 of an air jetting apparatus and suction force of a suction apparatus and thereafter, sucked and collected to the outside of the space 26 through a suction opening 29a (suction apparatus). The chips (spot facing dust W and sawdust) produced in the case of forming spot facing hole at a rear surface 10B directed to the lower part of the game board 10 fall naturally and are collected by a second collecting box 30 positioned below the rear surface 10B of the game board 10.
