PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pillow, preventing its sleeping comfort and fitting performance to the head from being lost even if using a cooling pack that becomes hard when it is frozen. SOLUTION: This cooling pillow is formed by putting a pillow 2 in an envelop-type pillow case 1, the pillow case 1 is attached with a plurality of pocket-shaped bags 3 aligned into a planar face, and the cooling packs 4 are stored in the respective pockets 3.
