PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hinder rotation of a rotary drum by external force applied to the rotary drum, besides restricting rise of device costs. SOLUTION: The motor roller is provided with the cylindrical rotary drum 21, a center shaft 80 provided concentrically with the rotary drum 21 and fixed to the predetermined frame K in an end thereof, and a driving motor 40 built in the rotary drum 21 and interposed between the center shaft 80 and the rotary drum 21 to rotate the rotary drum 21 around the drum axis. A contra-input preventing member 60 is provided between the rotary drum 21 and the driving motor 40 to transmit driving force of the driving motor 40 to rotation of the rotary drum 21 around the drum axis and to hinder rotation of the rotary drum 21, resisting external force for rotating the rotary drum 21 around the drum axis.
