PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount structure capable of suppressing the displacement amount of an engine in the vertical direction without emitting annoying striking sounds at the time of starting. SOLUTION: The engine mount structure is configured so that the engine 2 is mounted on a vehicle body through an engine mounting 5 with its buffer rubber 9 pinched by an upper metal piece 7 and a lower metal piece 8 and the deforming range of the buffer rubber 9 is restricted omni-directionally by the interference of a flange 10 installed on the lower metal piece 8 and rising so as to form a channel shape as an upper opening with a stopper 11 installed on the upper metal piece 7 in such a way as surrounding the flange 10 with a requisite clearance to the periphery of the flange 10 and forming a box shape as a lower opening. A dimple 12 overhung toward an abutting surface of the flange 10 is formed in an appropriate position on the stopper 11 side where interference is generated first when the stopper 11 has sunk relatively to the flange 10, and only the sinking displacement amount of the stopper 11 is shrunk finitely.
