PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure having excellent productivity capable of enhancing the door closability without degrading the sound insulation. SOLUTION: A slit 3a or an air hole is formed in a part close to a hole 1a on the in-cabin side of a door inner panel 1 having the hole 1a. A door hole seal 3 to cover at least the hole 1a is mounted. A door trim 4 is mounted on the in-cabin side of the door inner panel 1 with a gap part G being formed partially or continuously between the door inner panel 1 and the door trim at a peripheral edge while the door hole seal 3 is held. When the door is closed, air in the cabin is exhausted outside a car through the gap part G, the slit 3a or the air hole, and a water draining hole 1b of the door inner panel 1.
