PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water- and oil-resistant paper which exhibits a water- and oil-resistant performance imparted by the coating of an oil-resistant agent and the like, whose coating-coated side exhibits good wettability and holdability for a water-based paste, when the water-based paste is applied to the coating-coated side, and which does not cause the failure of the adhesion. SOLUTION: This water- and oil-resistant paper is characterized by being obtained by coating at least one side of raw paper containing natural paper as a main component with a coating prepared by mixing an emulsified water- and oil-resistant agent with a pigment, and drying the applied coating to form a water- and oil-resistant layer, and having a paste-sticking property.
