PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method and a production device for obtaining an inorganic spherical body having a substantially uniform particle diameter with high productivity over a long period. SOLUTION: In the method where an inorganic compound-containing water-base liquid body is extruded into an organic liquid flowing under a laminar flow state inside a flow passage partitioned with a partition through a plurality of micropores formed so as to pass through one partition almost to a vertical direction, thus W/O type emulsion in which the organic liquid is a dispersion medium and the inorganic compound-containing water-base liquid body is a dispersion phase is formed, and thereafter, the inorganic compound-containing water-base liquid body in the W/O type emulsion is solidified, so as to produce an inorganic spherical body, as the partition in which the plurality of micropores are formed, the sheet-shaped one essentially consisting of a fluororesin is used.
