<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR system of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle with a supercharger, improving the accelerating performance of the vehicle and also improving exhaust emission. <P>SOLUTION: This EGR system of the internal combustion engine for the vehicle with the supercharger, provided with an EGR passage 11 connecting an exhaust passage 4 with an intake passage 3 farther upstream of the supercharger 8, and an EGR valve 12 adjusting a flow rate of gas flowing in the EGR passage, is provided with an intake pressure adjusting means 6 arranged in the intake passage farther upstream of the supercharger and increasing intake pressure by compressing air, a bypass passage 7 bypassing the intake pressure adjusting means, and a bypass valve 9 adjusting a flow rate of intake air flowing in the bypass passage.
