<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus by which an additional image printed on a recording paper can be easily selected on the basis of a reduction rate for each additional image. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an advertisement storage unit 32 for storing a plurality of advertisement images (additional images) and reduction rates each predetermined for each of the advertisement images, a display control unit 22 for generating a list image for indicating the reduction rates for each of the advertisement images and causing a display unit 12 to display the list, an operating unit 13 for accepting an instruction of selecting the advertisement images performed by a user on the basis of the list image, and a print control unit 25 for synthesizing a selected advertisement image with an original image and causing a printing unit 15 to print the composite image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
