When the passenger transporting means numbers are received from terminal equipment 20 carried by the crew, the seat numbers, the passenger information and the reservation information are extracted from the passenger database 12a and the seat reservation database 12b on the basis of the received passenger transporting means numbers, and transmitted to the terminal equipment 20.
