PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compost manufacturing equipment in which compost having stable quality is obtained in the manufacture of a good quality organic manure obtained by composting organic waste of the livestock or the like.

SOLUTION: The compost manufacturing equipment provided with a cylindrical fermenter 1 in which a fermented compost raw material is discharged from the center part is provided with a rotary frame 15 rotating along the upper surface of the periphery of the fermenter around the center part of the cylindrical fermenter 1, a stirrer 18 provided on the rotary frame 14 and having a scraping body provided to be rotated in the vertical direction of the fermenter 1 and a plurality of guide apparatuses 19 provided side by side in the diameter direction of the fermenter 1 on the rotary frame 15 on the lower directional return side upper part of the scraping body at a position higher than the height of a layer of the compost raw material in the fermenter.
