PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed rolling bearing for compatibly attaining secure sealing performance and reduced torque loss. SOLUTION: To both ends of the outer diameter face of an inner ring 2 with which seal lips 5b of seal members 5 fixed to both ends of the inner diameter face of an outer ring 1 has slide contact, minute shot peening treatment is applied by injecting minute shot of molybdenum disulfide having particle sizes of 20-200μm at an injecting speed 50m/s or higher. Thus, friction torque is reduced with the slide contact of the seal lip 5b, and the torque loss of the sealed rolling bearing is reduced even when the seal lip 5b has sufficiently high contact pressure for securing sealing performance.
