<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving history reference system capable of managing the past driving history of an individual driver and referring to the content thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises an individual driving history recording IC card 10 storing the model of a vehicle a driver drove in the past in association with the accumulated traveling distance in this model; an IC card reader device 20 reading information stored in the IC card 10; and a driving history referring means 30 reading the information read by the reader device 20 and screen-displaying the information so as to be referable.
