PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open/close a toner discharge port while suppressing scattering of toner, by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: When a drawer having a transfer unit 20 attached thereto is mounted on an image forming apparatus main body, a flange part 73a of a slide member 73 is energized by a device frame 90, and an energizing spring 74 is compressed due to a force received from the device frame 90 through the slide member 73. Then, a shutter part 73b of the slide member 73 cannot close an aperture part 72 provided on a pipe member 71 and the aperture part 72 is exposed to set such state that waste toner can be discharged, because the position of the shutter member 73b of the slide member 73 is not varied while the pipe member 71 is inserted to a cover member 92 furthermore. At this time, the device frame 90 and the flange part 73a of the slide member 73 are in contact with each other, and the device frame 90 is partitioned from the front and the rear to prevent penetration of toner.
