PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying information of a failure which occurs in an instruction system to the minimum necessary in conformation to each case, and an instruction system using it at low cost. SOLUTION: The system comprises an instruction base 1 which receives an emergency report, determines a case for responding to the emergency report to output an instruction, and generates case state data conformed to this instruction; a monitoring means 29 which generates monitoring result data that are failure state monitoring results of the instruction base 1 and a device; a multi-purpose display device 6a; a hard disk 62 in which announcement content data for determining the propriety of display of failure information to the multi-purpose display device 6a in conformation to the monitoring result data and the case state data are preset; and a failure report means 56 which performs, in case that the monitoring result data show a failure, display/non-display of failure information to the multi-purpose display device 6a according to referred data in announcement data instructed by the content of monitoring result data and the content of case state data.
