PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain highly precise constant currents having no temperature dependency. SOLUTION: This reference current generating circuit includes a first element part Q0 for generating a potential difference based on a band gap, a first current path I1 configured of the first element part and a first resistance connected to the first element part, second element parts Q1 to Qn for generating a potential difference which is smaller than the potential difference to be generated by the first element as the potential difference based on the band gap, a second current path I2 configured of the second element parts, a second resistance connected to the second element parts with a positive temperature coefficient and a third resistance connected to the second resistance, a third current path I3 connected to the first and third resistances for mutually supplying the same currents to the first and second current paths, a feedback means OP for flowing currents for matching a voltage at the connection point of the first element part and the first resistance with a voltage at the connection point of the second and third resistances to the third current path, and current outputting means T2 and T3 for outputting the same currents as currents flowing through the third current path.
