PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system having a diaphragm adjusting means that has excellent operability. SOLUTION: By operating a revolver turret 5a, the diameter of an aperture diaphragm disposed in the optical system of an illuminating optical system is adjusted according to the magnification of an objective lens 6 disposed on an observation optical path.
