PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool and processing method which never damage a spectacle lens and have good operation efficiency for rounding processing of the spectacle lens. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool 1 comprises a hook part 11 for hanging the washing tool 1 above the surface of cleaning liquid in a cleaning device, arm parts 12 which extend from both ends of the hook part 11 in the same direction at nearly right-angle, and a lock part 13 which supports and holds a holder 2 where a rounded spectacle lens 3 is fixed at the tip part of the arm 12, and the two arm parts 12 and lock part 13 extend to the hook part 11 in directions nearly symmetrical about the hook part 11.
