PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip system for measuring the reaction speed, such as the coupling constant and dissociation constant of a reaction substance contained in a sample solution, by making the flow velocity, namely the flow rate, of the sample solution constant. SOLUTION: The microchip has a control circuit 11 (control means) for detecting the variations in the flow velocity or flow rate of the sample solution by a change in a frequency signal 13 (oscillation frequency) from an electrode 7 for reference located on a QCM sensor 23 arranged in a microchip 1, and feeding back the variations to a pump 10 (liquid-feeding means), thus driving and controlling the pump 10 (liquid-feeding means) so that the flow velocity or flow rate of the sample solution becomes constant.
