PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition containing a polyglycerylated silicone polymer, capable of exhibiting improved properties of not coming off on a keratin material, without causing a loss to glossiness, or being accompanied with improvement of the glossiness as well, nor causing a loss to comfortableness easily improvable. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition contains a specific silicone polymer and a film-forming material, wherein the composition is intended to be applied to the skin, lips, and/or a product on the body surface.
