PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-openable gusset bag which has easy-openability and a convenient feature facilitating the removal of a small bag as well. SOLUTION: The easy-openable gusset bag of a square cylinder shape is made of a cylindrical laminated film (A), which comprises a trunk (8) having folding pleats (6) at respective centers of left/right sides, a top (1) having top sealed parts (2), and a sealed bottom (7). The laminated film (A) includes a film layer (10) which at least has linear tearableness in the vertical direction of the gusset bag, and a sealing layer (11) as an innermost layer.
