PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the responsiveness in steering by suppressing the tilt of a steering gear in the front-rear direction of a vehicle while vibrations transmitted from vehicle wheels to a steering wheel are suppressed. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 8 is installed in a mounting hole 7a formed in a gear housing 5 of the steering gear and an insulator 9 in cylindrical shape is interposed between the mounting hole 7a and the inner cylinder 8, and the gear housing 5 is mounted on a body side member through a mounting bolt 11 penetrating the inner cylinder 8. The axis of the mounting hole 7a is directed to the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and flanges 9b and 9c are provided at the ends in axial direction of the insulator. About the rigidity of the insulator 9, the rigidity of the flanges 9b and 9c is made greater than that of the insulator body 9a positioned between the inside surface of the mounting hole 7a and the peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 8.
