PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism optical measurement apparatus precisely grasping a relation between measured data and an actual state change time of a subject. SOLUTION: This organism optical measurement apparatus is provided with a light emission part emitting a light to the subject, an optical measurement part measuring a reflected light reflected in the interior of the subject out of the emission light and outputting the measured data, a state information acquisition part acquiring the state information on the subject, a state change detecting part detecting the state change occurring in the subject based on the state information, and a measured data recording part recording the measured data linked with a time when the state change detecting part detects the state change.
