PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray well draining excessive sauce poured on a food material, be easily held with a single hand and be suited for a stand-up meal, in particular. SOLUTION: The tray is provided with a first recess part adjoining to the internal circumferential edge of a body and having a flat bottom face, and a second recess upward inclined from the bottom face circumferential edge to the outer circumferential edge of the first recess. The first recess of this tray can be used as a sauce vessel, and even in a stand-up meal, prevents the sauce from spilling over. The food material dipped with the sauce is put on the second recess so as to separate the excessive sauce along the inclined bottom face.
