PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve washing performance by jetting warm water generated by efficiently heating water supplied from the outside into a washing and dehydrating tub in a mist shape and accelerating the dissolution of a detergent. SOLUTION: To the lower surface of an upper surface plate 23 in a narrow gap between a left side face and the left edge part of a laundry feeding port 25 formed at the almost center of the upper surface plate 23 constituting a housing, a water heating unit 30 in a thin and long shape in front and back directions is attached. The water heating unit 30 is provided with a U-shaped water path and heating is efficiently performed by two heaters disposed in parallel to the straight pipe part. When the mist water supply valve of a water supply valve unit 14 housed in the rear recessed part 231 of the upper surface plate 23 is opened, the water is heated while passing through the water path of the water heating unit 30 through a water leading pipe 32, further sent through a short water leading pipe 33 to a nozzle 31 provided on the lower surface of a pouring port part 11, and then jetted from the nozzle 31 into the washing and dehydrating tub in the mist shape.
