<p>The invention disclose a kind of reflective sheet as roadway reflective marker. Some reflective edges are formed on the whole inner surface of the sheet. A pad is connected to the sheet by ultrasonic elding. A lot of strengthened ribs are setted on the inner surface of the pad along the reflective edges. The top of the strengthened ribs are hackle shape, which engaged with the reflective edges. The strengthened ribs are connected to the reflective edges by ultrasonic welding to form a lot of enclosed spaces. It is easy to make the mould of the reflective sheet which has an above-mentioned structure. The mould is substantial and low-cost, andcan sufficiently maintain the reflective degree as that original designed.</p> |
