The aim of the invention is the production of a washing-up basket with a device for stacking cutlery pieces, by means of which, with low production costs, the cutlery pieces are easily accessible, may be housed in a space-saving and tidy manner in the rinsing chamber and which provides reliable isolation and easy loading and unloading of cutlery pieces. Said aim is achieved for said washing-up basket by means of a cutlery basket whereby a pivoting stacking device is arranged on an external side of the washing-up basket, comprising a holder, in which at least one separate cutlery basket may be introduced, whereby the cutlery basket is characterised by particular aids for individual stacking of the cutlery pieces. By means of arranging the cutlery basket in the holder of the pivoting stacking device on the outer side of said washing-up basket, the advantage is achieved that the loading and unloading of the cutlery basket with cutlery pieces is possible without further handles. The aids for individual stacking of the cutlery pieces assist with removal of the cutlery pieces from the cutlery basket.
