<p>The present invention relates to compositions and methods for cancer diagnostics, including but not limited to, cancer markers. In particular, the present invention provides gene expression profiles associated with prostate cancers. The present invention also provides novel markers useful for the diagnosis, characterization, and treatment of prostrate cancers. In particular, the present invention provides methods and compositions for the use of a-methylacyl-CoA racemase (AMACR) as a marker for prostrate cancer detection and prognosis.</p> |
