<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter with a wash-basin stand, which can support the load applied on the counter by the wash-basin stand and can be installed with clear and high design. <P>SOLUTION: The wash-basin stand 5 and the counter 4 are formed separately and the wash-basin stand 5 is tightly fixed on a wall surface W of a bathroom by brackets 7. The counter 4 can be set in and installed on a recess 5e for placing the counter at the back part of the upper surface of of the wash-basin stand 5.
