PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a front substrate of an AC plasma screen consisting of a simple manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A black-color strip and a bus electrode are molded at one time by combining technical processes of the bus electrode and the black-color strip. In case a screen printing method is used, a bus-electrode pattern and a pattern of the black-color strip are formed on a sheet of screen mask, on which black-colored silver paste is coated, and finally it is molded at one time in the printing. In case a photo etching method is used, the electrode and the black-colored strip are formed on a photo mask, photosensitive black-colored silver paste is printed on a glass plate, and the bus electrode and the black-colored strip are molded at one time by development and exposure. Therefore, not only positioning of the patterns is avoided, but also accuracy of the pattern and picture quality of a plasma panel are improved, and further, a manufacturing process is simplified and manufacturing efficiency is improved to lower a consumption volume of production materials, investment on devices and production cost.
