PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion and pollution of a mechanical part, and the intrusion of foreign matters such as lubricant and abrasion powder into controlled fluid, and to secure electric safety of an electric part by air-tightly separating a valve chest, a mechanical chamber for installing a rotor including a feed screw mechanism and the electric part in an electric control valve. SOLUTION: A rotor case 22 for storing the rotor 41 of a stepping motor 40 is provided with a structure of a sealed container, the inside of the rotor case and the valve chest 12 are air-tightly separated by a bellows member 26, and a stator coil unit 42 is mounted at an outer side of the rotor case 22.
