PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static pressure type linear motion guide unit capable of constituting a slider in compact with high accuracy by floating the slider with respect to a track rail by static pressure and relatively sliding them. SOLUTION: The slider 1 is composed of a casing 3 composed of a number of casing plates 3P and an end plate 4 comprising a supply port 8 communicated with spouts 10. A track surface 6 of the casing 3 has a number of spouts 10 for spouting the fluid to the track surface 5 of the track rail 1.
