PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise power efficiency and enhance synthetic reliability and performance, concerning a power unit which supplies load with power together with other power units, based on a parallel redundancy system, a circuit board where a power supply circuit based on the parallel redundancy system is made as a printed circuit board, and a shelf or a frame where a power supply path to single or plural packages is made via the circuit board. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a power source which outputs DC power, and a MOS-FET which is inserted into a DC power supply path leading to load from the output of the power source. The power source increases or decreases DC power, based on the voltage drop of the MOS-FET geared to the current flowing to the load, and when the start of the power source is completed or it is assumed that the start is completed, this shifts the MOS-FET from an interruption zone to a saturation zone.
