PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit capable of canceling an offset voltage caused in a differential amplifier and to provide a semiconductor device employing the amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit connects a negative feedback loop circuit for canceling an offset voltage by amplifying the offset voltage of the differential amplifier and feeding back the amplified offset voltage to the differential amplifier. A positive feedback loop circuit with a smaller gain than that of the negative feedback loop circuit is formed inside the negative feedback loop circuit. Particularly, the positive feedback loop circuit is configured to determine the gain by using part of a resistor for determining the gain of the negative feedback loop circuit.
