PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently adjust the click torque force and electrical connection pressure. SOLUTION: A rotary section assembly 13 can adjust click torque force independently. The rotating section assembly 13 is inserted from a through hole 11d at a first support 11b and then is inserted into a holder 12, and is screwed to a screw 19b at a power feed 19a, thus allowing the end face of the holder 12 to be in slide contact with the power feed 19a by the electrical connection pressure determined by the elastic force of a wave washer 16.
