PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headset device with which the burden on ears can be reduced in operation and, for example, a complicated operation can be easily selected with the movement of fingers. SOLUTION: The headset device has a headset body provided with at least a speaker, a microphone and ear hooks, and an operating unit 3 provided on the headset body 2. The operating unit 3 is formed into a touch panel type. In the touch panel type operating unit, an operation function is selected on the basis of a time when a finger is on the operating portion, the number of times of touch and the movement of the finger or a combination of these items.
