PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair-growing agent which has excellent hair-growing effects such as an alopecia-preventing action, a hair-growing action. SOLUTION: This hair-growing agent comprises inositol. Additionally, a hair-growing agent contains the above hair-growing agent as an active ingredient. The hair-growing agent can be applied to cosmetics containing quasi-medicines, medicines, and the like. The hair-growing agent is characterized by containing inositol and a phospholipid.
