PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce a noise level while minimizing damage during transfer. SOLUTION: This parts feeder comprises an inner disk 1, an outer ring plate 2 disposed in an inclined attitude with respect to the inner disk 1 on the outside of the inner disk 1, and a drive mechanism 3 for rotating the outer ring plate 2 and the inner disk 1. The outer ring plate 2 comprises a feeding part 5 disposed on the same plane as the inner disk 1 and fed with parts P from the inner disk 1, and a rising/falling part 6 disposed in a position above the inner disk 1. The parts P fed from the inner disk 1 are transferred to the rising/falling part 6 from the feeding part 5. Both of the inner disk 1 and the outer ring plate 2 incline with respect to a horizontal plane, and the outer ring plate 2 inclines up toward the rising/falling part 6, while the inner disk 1 inclines down toward the rising/falling part 6 of the outer ring plate 2.
