PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion skill of a large intestine endoscope which is difficult by making a sheath into an automatic movable type, and to enable the insertion to the intestinum ileum and the coelenteron. SOLUTION: A rear balloon 8 is attached to the rear side of a cylindrical sheath 12, and a movable ring 1 having a front balloon 2 is attached to the front side. Respective balloons are expanded by feeding air or a liquid by injection tubes 6 and 3, and are contracted when vacuumized by a negative pressure. The longitudinal movement of the movable ring 1 and the cylindrical sheath 12 is performed by winding a traction yarn 7 on a winding shaft 9 or by rotating a bolt screw 23 by making the internal side of the movable ring 1 into a bolt. For a power source, a rotating power which is transmitted by connecting a connecting shaft 16 made of a metal being rich in elasticity, or an internal motor 25 is used. A stopper is provided on the distal end of a large intestine endoscope fiber, and the sheath is prevented from moving forward than the distal end of the fiber.
