PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively release game balls from two retaining devices during a game and allowing a player to enjoy two games with different specifications. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine, under a specific condition produced in the game such as the countdown of a display 7 becomes zero by a lottery of passing a ball to a gate G, selectively operates either one of a first release means F1 or a second release means F2. When the game ball is released from a first retaining device H1 by the operation of the first release means F1, in taking an opportunity of entering of the game ball, a first game, or "a regular electric generator game ", is executed. On the other hand, when the game ball is released from a second retaining device H2 by the operation of the second release means F2, in taking the opportunity of entering the game ball, the second game, "a symbol variable game based on a big winning lottery" is executed.
