<p>A flow detector assembly comprises a plurality of flow detectors 1 and a plurality of manifold blocks 2. In each flow detector 1, the detection section 12a of a flow sensor 12 is disposed in a flow channel 11 penetrating the interior of the detector body. The fluid channel 11 is opened at the respective ends of the detector into input and output openings 13 and 14 which in turn open into mounting surfaces 20 and 21. A flow control valve 15 is disposed in the channel. Each manifold block 2 has an input and an output passage 31 and 32 corresponding to the input and output openings 13 and 14. The input passage 31 communicates with a common input port 41 through an input passageway 39. The output passage 32 is opened into an individual output 42. The flow detector assembly is an integrated apparatus which executes flow measurement and regulation. <IMAGE></p> |
