<p>Aluminum product is made from an aluminum alloy containing (in wt.%) 3-2.0 magnesium, 0.03-0.65 silicon, maximum 0.15 copper, 0.08 iron, 0.03 manganese, 0.05 zinc, 0.02 titanium, 0.02 unavoidable impurities individually, 0.15 unavoidable impurities in total and a balance of aluminum. The alloy additionally contains 0.0005-0.005 wt.% silver which is added during continuous casting and has no influence on the mechanical properties of the alloy. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a process for the production of the aluminum product.</p> |
